Meet Rebekah Thompson
Director of Music Ministries
Music Ministry plays a vital role in creating meaningful and impactful worship experiences. Through music, we help cultivate an atmosphere where people can freely express their faith, connect with God, and enter into His presence.
At Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church, our Music Ministry is multifaceted, with a primary focus on leading people in worship, expressing faith, and encouraging spiritual growth within our church community.
We endeavor to glorify God in all that we do. Our purpose is to honor and praise Him through singing, instrumental music, and worship leadership, while edifying believers through thoughtful and excellent musical expression.
Our Music Ministry seeks to help believers connect more deeply with God and with one another, to teach biblical truth, encourage spiritual growth, foster unity within the congregation, and provide comfort, inspiration, and a sense of belonging.
