The Missions Committee of Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church seeks to involve the members, in extending the ministry of Christ’s outreaching love through serving our church, our community, and our world. We maintain a strong mission emphasis, responding to mission calls through the local church and conference. This is done through the General fund and individual organizations of KHUMC. “Christ has no hands but our hands, no feet but our feet…” The gospel imperative the feed hungry, heal the sick, clothe the naked, visit the imprisoned, and comfort those who are in need, is realized through various local, national, and global opportunities.
